Oracle Database Error Code ORA-22626 Description :
Type Mismatch while constructing or accessing OCIAnyData
Error Cause:
Type supplied is not matching the type of the AnyData. If piece wise construction or access is being attempted, the type supplied is not matching the type of the current attribute.

How to Solve :
Make sure the type supplied matches the type of object to to be constucted or accessed.
