Oracle Database Error Code ORA-22347 Description :
No changes to type specified for ALTER TYPE
Error Cause:
The ALTER TYPE does not contain any changes to the type.

How to Solve :
If any change is required for the type, modify the ALTER TYPE to specify the change. Else no need for the ALTER.
