Oracle database error code ORA-22279 – cannot perform operation with LOB buffering enabled

Oracle Database Error Code ORA-22279 Description :
cannot perform operation with LOB buffering enabled
Error Cause:
The operation attempted is not allowed when LOB buffering is enabled.

How to Solve :
If the operation is required, LOB buffering should not be used. In this case, flush buffers associated with the input LOB locator as necessary, disable buffering on the input LOB locator and reissue the command.
