Oracle database error code ORA-19764 – database id string does not match database id string in control file

Oracle Database Error Code ORA-19764 Description :
database id string does not match database id string in control file
Error Cause:
The change tracking file is not the correct one for this database. This can happen when the database ID for this database has been changed.

How to Solve :
Disable then re-enable change tracking.
