Oracle Database Error Code ORA-19665 Description :
size string in file header does not match actual file size of string
Error Cause:
The size of the file as indicated in the file header does not match the true size of the file. The two differing sizes are shown in units of logical blocks.

How to Solve :
This file is not usable – it has most likely been truncated.
