Oracle Database Error Code ORA-19658 Description :
cannot inspect string – file is from different resetlogs
Error Cause:
The resetlogs data in the log file being inspected does not match that in the currently mounted control file.

How to Solve :
The indicated file cannot be processed – inspect another file.
