Oracle Database Error Code ORA-19639 Description :
file string is more current than this incremental backup
Error Cause:
The checkpoint of the target for this incremental backup is greater than or equal to the checkpoint of the file in the incremental backup set. This backup cannot advance the checkpoint of the target file, so there is no point in applying it.

How to Solve :
Supply a backup set that can be applied and retry the operation.
