Oracle Database Error Code ORA-19627 Description :
cannot read backup pieces during control file application
Error Cause:
This is a control file restore conversation, which is using the offline range information from one or more control files to update datafile checkpoint data. Backup sets are not used during this type of conversation.

How to Solve :
The conversation is still active and more control files may be applied.
