Oracle Database Error Code ORA-19622 Description :
archivelog thread string sequence string not restored due to string
Error Cause:
The indicated file could not be restored, because all of its data blocks were not found in the backup piece.

How to Solve :
The restore conversation remains active, and the current piece must be re-processed. If the failure cannot be resolved by re-processing the current piece, then the restore conversation must be cancelled.
