Oracle Database Error Code ORA-19604 Description :
conversation file naming phase is over
Error Cause:
A call was made to specify a file to be backed up or restored after the first backup piece has been processed.

How to Solve :
You cannot specify more files to be processed during a backup or restore conversation after the first backup piece has been processed. If more files must be specified, you must begin a new conversation.
