Oracle Database Error Code ORA-19578 Description :
end of volume while duplexing to sequential files, backup piece incomplete
Error Cause:
An end of volume (EOV) condition was detected while duplexing to sequential files, and this condition cannot be handled currently.

How to Solve :
Before retrying the backup, make sure the backup pieces will fit in the volume, or disable duplexing.
