Fast-Start Failover and other warnings detected for the database
Error Cause:
The broker has detected multiple warnings for the database. At least one of the detected warnings may prevent a Fast-Start Failover from occurring.

How to Solve :
Check the StatusReport monitorable property of the database specified.
