Oracle Database Error Code ORA-16822 Description :
new primary database not yet ready for standby database reinstatement
Error Cause:
The new primary database, as a result of a logical failover operation, had not fully completed the failover steps. Subsequent reinstatement operations could not proceed until failover has completed on the new primary database.
How to Solve :
Wait until the completion of all failover steps on this new primary database and then retry the reinstate operation.
