Oracle Database Error Code ORA-16780 Description :
a database has exhausted its archived redo log storage quota
Error Cause:
A database has exhausted its quota for storing archived redo logs.

How to Solve :
Check the Data Guard broker log to see which database has the problem. Remove some archived logs at the standby database or increase its quota.
