Oracle Database Error Code ORA-16777 Description :
unable to find the destination entry of a standby database in V$ARCHIVE_DEST
Error Cause:
Either a destination was manually deleted or no entry was available for Data Guard.

How to Solve :
Check the Data Guard broker log and the Oracle alert log for more details. The redo transport service may need to be reset.
