Oracle Database Error Code ORA-16736 Description :
unable to find the destination entry of standby database “string” in V$ARCHIVE_DEST
Error Cause:
Either the standby destination was manually changed or deleted outside the Data Guard brokers control, or no entry was available for Data Guard broker.

How to Solve :
Clean up the destination setting, remove the unused ones, and reset the redo transport service.
