higher DRC UID sequence number detected
Error Cause:
The Data Guard broker detected a higher sequence value during its bootstrap or health check operations. The sequence value is changed each time switchover or failover completes successfully.
How to Solve :
Additional information about this failure is recorded in the Data Guard “broker log” files, one for the primary database and one for each standby database in the Data Guard configuration. This information will be helpful in determining how best to proceed from this failure.
