Oracle Database Error Code ORA-16654 Description :
Fast-Start Failover is enabled
Error Cause:
The attempted command was not allowed while Fast-Start Failover (FSFO) was enabled: – The FastStartFailoverTarget property may not be modified. – The LogXptMode property for either the primary database or the FSFO target standby database may not be modified. – Neither the broker configuration or the FSFO target standby database may be disabled using the DGMGRL CLIs DISABLE command. – Neither the broker configuration or the FSFO target standby database may be removed using the DGMGRL CLIs REMOVE command. – The FAILOVER IMMEDIATE command is not allowed.
How to Solve :
Disable Fast-Start Failover, using the FORCE option if required. Then retry the attempted command.
