Oracle Database Error Code ORA-16652 Description :
Fast-Start Failover target standby database is disabled
Error Cause:
The command to enable or disable Fast-Start Failover could not be completed because Data Guard broker management of the Fast-Start Failover target standby database is currently disabled.
How to Solve :
Enable broker management of the target standby database and reissue the command. If you are attempting to disable Fast-Start Failover when this error is reported, you may opt to disable Fast-Start Failover with the FORCE option. See the description for DGMGRLs DISABLE FAST_START FAILOVER [FORCE] command for more information.
