Oracle Database Error Code ORA-16194 Description :
Modifying DB_UNIQUE_NAME requires SID=* qualifier
Error Cause:
The setting for the DB_UNIQUE_NAME parameter must be exactly the same on all RAC instances so the SID=* qualifier is required.
How to Solve :
Re-enter the command using the SID=* qualifier.
