Oracle database error code ORA-16184 – DB_UNIQUE_NAME string hashes to the same value as DB_UNIQUE_NAME string

Oracle Database Error Code ORA-16184 Description :
DB_UNIQUE_NAME string hashes to the same value as DB_UNIQUE_NAME string
Error Cause:
The internal hash value generated for one DB_UNIQUE_NAME collided with the hash value of another DB_UNIQUE_NAME.

How to Solve :
Slightly modify one of the DB_UNIQUE_NAMEs so it hashes to a different value.
