Oracle Database Error Code ORA-16081 Description :
insufficient number of processes for APPLY
Error Cause:
Logical standby apply engine was started with fewer processes available than needed.
How to Solve :
Increase the values of the initialization parameters PROCESSES and and PARALLEL_MAX_SERVERS, or the MAX_SLAVES parameter seen in the DBA_LOGSTDBY_PARAMETERS view.
