Oracle Database Error Code ORA-16067 Description :
activation identifier mismatch in archive log string
Error Cause:
The activation identifier contained in the archive log file header does not match the activation identifier of the database being recovered. The indicated archive log cannot be applied to the database.

How to Solve :
Locate the appropriate archive log for the database.
