Oracle database error code ORA-16017 – cannot use LOG_ARCHIVE_DUPLEX_DEST without a primary archive destination

Oracle Database Error Code ORA-16017 Description :
cannot use LOG_ARCHIVE_DUPLEX_DEST without a primary archive destination
Error Cause:
The parameter LOG_ARCHIVE_DUPLEX_DEST was set to a non-NULL value when the primary archive destination was set to NULL explicitly.

How to Solve :
Set the primary archive destination to a valid non-NULL value.
