Oracle database error code ORA-15202 – cannot create additional ASM internal change segment

Oracle Database Error Code ORA-15202 Description :
cannot create additional ASM internal change segment
Error Cause:
The mount of a diskgroup by an additional instance in a RAC cluster required more space for internal use by ASM than was available in the diskgroup.

How to Solve :
Delete unused files from the diskgroup or add additional disks to the diskgroup and retry the operation.
