Oracle database error code ORA-15082 – ASM failed to communicate with database instance

Oracle Database Error Code ORA-15082 Description :
ASM failed to communicate with database instance
Error Cause:
There was a failure when ASM tried to communicate with a database instance (most likely because the connection went down).

How to Solve :
Check the accompanying error messages for more information on the reason for the failure. Note that the ASM instances may return this error when a database instance is terminated abnormally.
