Oracle Database Error Code ORA-15038 Description :
disk string size mismatch with diskgroup [string] [string] [string]
Error Cause:
An attempt was made to mount into a diskgroup a disk whose recorded allocation unit size, metadata block size, or physical sector size was inconsistent with the other diskgroup members.

How to Solve :
Check if the system configuration has changed.
