Oracle database error code ORA-15030 – diskgroup name “string” is in use by another diskgroup

Oracle Database Error Code ORA-15030 Description :
diskgroup name “string” is in use by another diskgroup
Error Cause:
A CREATE DISKGROUP command specfied a diskgroup name that was already assigned to another diskgroup.

How to Solve :
Select a different name for the diskgroup.

I want to know how to display Oracle database generated error msg in Form 6i

How can I set up Developer Forms 6i and Reports 6i
Application in Forms 10g, Report 10g. I want to use my old application in new one with remot login facilities.

Please suggest hou to install Forms 10g and configure
10g Database with Form 10g
