Oracle Database Error Code ORA-14257 Description :
cannot move partition other than a Range or Hash partition
Error Cause:
User attempt to move a partition that is not a Range or Hash partition which is illegal

How to Solve :
Specify MOVE PARTITION for a Range or Hash partition only
