Oracle Database Error Code ORA-14115 Description :
partition bound of partition number string is too long
Error Cause:
Length of linear key representation of a high bound of the partition whose number (partitions are numbered starting with 1) is displayed in this message exceeded the legal limit (4K).

How to Solve :
Change representation of a partition high bound to bring its length within legal limit.
