Oracle Database Error Code ORA-13843 Description :
no SQL profile with name like “string” exists for category like “string”
Error Cause:
A user tried to perform an operation by specifying a profile name/ category filter that did not target any profiles

How to Solve :
Try a different filter after checking the profile name/category
