“SQL Tuning Set” “string” does not exist for owner “string” or user “string” does not have permission to access the “SQL Tuning Set”.
Error Cause:
The user attempted to access a SQL Tuning Set that does not exist or the user does have permission to access the SQL Tuning Set

How to Solve :
Check the existence of the “SQL Tuning Set” or adjust the users privileges and retry the operation.
