Oracle Database Error Code ORA-13505 Description :

SYSAUX tablespace can not be made read only

Error Cause:

Attempting to set the SYSAUX tablespace to read only. The SYSAUX tablespace must remain read write for database operation.

How to Solve :

Leave SYSAUX tablespace read write.
