Oracle Database Error Code ORA-13219 Description :
failed to create spatial index table [string]
Error Cause:
An error was encountered while trying to create the index table.

How to Solve :
There is a table in the indexs schema with the specified name. The CREATE INDEX statement will try to create an index table with this name. Either rename this table or change the name of the index.
