Oracle database error code ORA-13064 – relationship information table has inconsistent data for feature table [string]

Oracle Database Error Code ORA-13064 Description :
relationship information table has inconsistent data for feature table [string]
Error Cause:
The topology_id, tg_layer_id values stored in the feature table did not match the values stored in the topology relationship information table (xxx_RELATION$).

How to Solve :
Make sure that the correct feature tables are specified in the call to register the feature table with the topology.
