Oracle Database Error Code ORA-12070 Description :
cannot offline instantiate materialized view “string”.”string”
Error Cause:
Offline instantiation does not support materialized views using the following options: o ON PREBUILT TABLE o BUILD DEFERRED

How to Solve :
Remove the invalid options.
