Oracle Database Error Code ORA-10646 Description :
Too many recursive extensions during SYSTEM tablespace migration
Error Cause:
When SYSTEM tablespace is being migrated, dictionary tables tried to extend recursively more than 1000 times.
How to Solve :
If SYSTEM tablespace is very large, then simply reissue the tablespace migration command.
