Oracle database error code ORA-09958 – IMON: two processes with the same ORACLE pid are active

Oracle Database Error Code ORA-9958 Description :
IMON: two processes with the same ORACLE pid are active
Error Cause:
The IMON process was unable to add an entry for a server process because another active process occupies the slot.

How to Solve :
This is an internal error, contact ORACLE support.
