Oracle Database Error Code ORA-9806 Description :
Allocation of label string buffer failed.
Error Cause:
a temporary buffer used to hold a label could not be allocated.
How to Solve :
Check the UNIX error number for a possible operating system failure. If there is no error, contact Oracle Support Services. The number of bytes that ORACLE attempted to allocate is in the “Additional Information” field.
