Oracle database error code ORA-09704 – sstascre: ftok error in creating test and set pages.

Oracle Database Error Code ORA-9704 Description :
sstascre: ftok error in creating test and set pages.
Error Cause:
the ftok() library call failed in sstastcre().

How to Solve :
Verify that tasdef@.dbf file exists. If it does then this is a possible system failure. Perhaps System V compatibility is not enabled.
