Oracle Database Error Code ORA-8466 Description :
raw buffer length string is too short for string
Error Cause:
The input raw buffer passed to a UTL_PG RAW_TO_NUMBER conversion routine was less than %s bytes long, but the picture mask parameter specified that %s bytes of input data were to be converted.

How to Solve :
Either the input data is incorrect, or the picture mask is incorrect. Correct the appropriate item.
