Oracle Database Error Code ORA-8437 Description :
invalid picture type in picture mask
Error Cause:
The picture mask parameter passed to a UTL_PG NUMBER_TO_RAW conversion routine contained non-numeric characters, but the conversion was to a numeric data type.

How to Solve :
Correct the picture mask parameter.
