Oracle database error code ORA-06254 – NETNTT: cannot share connection to cube

Oracle Database Error Code ORA-6254 Description :
NETNTT: cannot share connection to cube
Error Cause:
The NTT two-task driver could not share a connection to the cube.

How to Solve :
Make sure that the ORACLE_HOME environment variable has been properly set and exported. Make sure the instance you are attempting to connect to is actually up and running.
