Oracle database error code ORA-04934 – unable to obtain the current sequence number

Oracle Database Error Code ORA-4934 Description :
unable to obtain the current sequence number
Error Cause:
A call to the SSN failed to return its current value. Either there are many errors occurring on the MC hardware, or the sequence number has become invalid and cannot be validated.

How to Solve :
Verify that the MC hardware is functioning properly. If it is, contact Oracle Support.
