Oracle Database Error Code ORA-3239 Description :
maxextents (string) reached in LOB segment string.string subpartition string
Error Cause:
A LOB subpartition segment tried to extend past maxextents.

How to Solve :
If maxextents is less than the system maximum, raise it. Otherwise, recreate the subpartition with larger INITIAL, NEXT, or PCTINCREASE parameters.
