Oracle database error code ORA-02847 – Server did not terminate when posted

Oracle Database Error Code ORA-2847 Description :
Server did not terminate when posted
Error Cause:
A server did not respond to a posted request to shutdown. The first number is the number of the server. The second is its UNIX process number. This is an internal problem.
