Oracle Database Error Code ORA-2845 Description :
Invalid value for the timing wanted flag
Error Cause:
A value was given for the flag that indicates that operations are to be timed out. Only TRUE and FALSE are supported.

How to Solve :
This is a programming error – check the calling routine.
