missing or invalid DISPATCHERS text
Error Cause:
A character string literal was expected, but not found, following ALTER SYSTEM SET DISPATCHERS

How to Solve :
place the string literal containing the dispatchers specification after ALTER SYSTEM SET DISPATCHERS
