Oracle Database Error Code ORA-1959 Description :
Must supply an integer for the OPCODE option
Error Cause:
An item other than an integer was entered for the OPCODE option. The value in ALTER SYSTEM DUMP … OPCODE value must be an integer.

How to Solve :
