Oracle Database Error Code ORA-1817 Description :
day of week may only be specified once
Error Cause:
More than one day-of-the-week format code was listed in a date specification. Only one of the following day-of-the-week format codes may be specified in a date: D, DY, DAY.

How to Solve :
Remove all but one day-of-the-week format from the date specification.
